Background

Established in 2022, Dutch Pants Field Measuring, LLC provides expertise in the design and dimensioning of commercial restroom toilet partitions for public bathrooms.

As the former owner of Knickerbocker Partition Corp., Stewart Markbreiter has been involved with literally every aspect of this business.  At the age of seven his parents would keep him out of trouble by bringing him to work with them when he was on school holidays.  He was taught the business by working his way up from packing door hardware sets to running the shipping department of one of the worlds largest toilet partition manufacturers while in high school. After university and a short stint in the hospitality business he returned to his roots at Knickerbocker where he moved through the traffic department and into national distributor and local sales. The latter gave him an extensive and varied exposure to job site conditions. His vast amount of experience in this field can be utilized by others for a reasonably low cost.

This is my dad

David Markbreiter, when he was much younger and better looking than I am now!!!  He was one of the pioneers of the toilet partition industry.  He had loads of personality and was generally the tallest guy in the room!

This new firm has been established with over fifty years experience in the industry of toilet partition manufacturing, distribution and installation. I am the former owner of Knickerbocker Partition Corp. and had been involved with that firm since my childhood when my parents dragged me along with them to work. I have recently departed from the current firm after selling the company in 2018. I now offer my extensive knowledge of this product and how best to utilize space when implementing its use. It doesn’t matter which manufacturers product is being used. I will design (if required) and measure your project so that the partitions will get into production correctly and installed correctly.
